Thesis: Analysis of Searchable Symmetric Encryptions Under the Random Oracle Model

  • Conducted a systematic review of Searchable Symmetric Encryption (SSE) schemes with respect to modern security definitions and threat models.
  • Analyzed and compared security proofs of existing SSE constructions, evaluating their guarantees under evolving formal security definitions.
  • Developed a simulation-based security proof in the Random Oracle Model for a widely studied SSE construction, extending existing analyses.
